Q1: How will I be billed?
For Individual Memberships, we will charge the credit card account you provide at sign-up on a monthly basis. For Corporate accounts, billing method will be determined at time of account set up.

Q2: What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. To enjoy uninterrupted service, please remember to update your credit card information (including expiration date) on a regular basis.

Q3: What if I have a billing error?
If you have questions about your bill, please email us at billing@personable.com.

Q4: How do I cancel my service?
Simply send us an email to support@personable.com with the account cancellation request as to why you are closing the account.
