Q2: Does ScanWriter work with other documents besides bank statements?

Answer: Yes.  ScanWriter can support any type of PDF document.  Additional fees may apply for non-standard documents. 

Q3: Will ScanWriter work with my bank?

Answer: Yes, we work with all major credit cards and banks. See Software Specs for a list of financial institutions that ScanWriter currently supports. If your bank is not on the list, ScanWriter can make it available to you within 24-48 hours upon request.

Q4: If I have any questions how do I get help?

Answer: Personable Inc. will provide the initial training for the use of ScanWriter along with on going support to answer any questions you may have.

Q5: Will ScanWriter work on Macs?

Answer: Yes. There are two ways to use ScanWriter on your Mac Computer.
1. Install Windows through boot camp on recent iMac with Intel processors, or
2. Install Windows in PC Virtualization software (such as VMware Fusion or Parallels)
